There were chaotic scenes at Kasarani Stadium on Friday as Jubilee delegates who attended demanded to be paid their allowances before they are addressed to.
The delegates had said they would not proceed with the tradition unless they are paid the cash they were guaranteed.
According to Nation news,the delegates were promised to be provided with accommodation,transport and meals which they had not been given as agreed.
A good number of them are saying they have gone hungry,dint have anywhere to sleep and don't have means to return home.
Mohammed Ali, who said he is the URP executive in Isiolo, said he slept on the floor in Eastleigh.
"These individuals are deceiving us, I slept over the floor last evening," he said.
Another delegate from western Kenya, who distinguished himself as Francis, said he had been guaranteed Sh10,000 every day for three days, yet this has not been accomplished.
"A portion of the delegates have only been given kshs 3000 and this is not the figure they agreed," he said.
