8. MISTAKES ONE MAKES AS A NEW ENTREPRENEUR AND THE SOLUTIONS.

Trying to become a CEO too early. Trying to organize too much too early or Living the dream too early. Showing your little achievement off.  Its better for you to be patient till you make big profits margins and stabilize your business.. Learn how to survive first then plan later.

Thinking you know it all. By acting like a boss instead of an employee. All i know is that you know nothing. You should always hold yourself accountable by being part of the business success and not expecting other people to struggle for you.Have wise mentors and role models to look up to. Learn how to ask for advice- which questions to ask and when. Who to ask question and why.

Not knowing the value of a business plan. You should be able to come up with actionable business plan and make an habit of relaying on it. Be organized to attract investors and buyers.

Quitting too early.  You want to quit when you don't gain as much as you had expected, at a specific time in a target market. Quitter never win and winners never quit, remember. Open your eyes and take each challenge that comes your way as a stepping stone to your success.

Trying to sell too many products. You might be tempted to lie to reach you goals, you know. You know very well how much i lie cost! If you read my other article " THINGS THAT TURN OFF POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS". As an entrepreneur, one has to come up with an organized plan like where to sell his products and which season. Know their target market well enough to design what suits it.

Not having a schedule. To fail to prepare means you are prepared to fail. Whereby, A goal without a vision is just a dream. Create a realistic schedule and stick to it. Punish yourself now to enjoy later. Take more time on improving your business.

Try to take advice from too many people. The less advice you get the better. Too much of something is poisoners. I said learn to ask, but what i didn't tell you, don't ask too many people's opinions others might mislead you, you know.
