President of United states and the United States government has condemned the brutal force that was used by Kenya’s security services against cord demonstrators, the excessive force used against the protesters by the police has attracted outrage among many Kenyans and international media at large.

The United States government on Tuesday, May 17 condemned the excessive force used by Kenyan police against demonstrators on Monday who were protesting against the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). The US government said it was deplored and surprised by the way the Kenyan police treated cord demonstrators who were protesting against Kenya's Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) body which they are saying is not competent.
