The self-declared Prophet,Dr.David Owuor, is unquestionably a standout amongst the most followed and praised TV preacher in Kenya.He has pulled in millions and some truly "adore" him.
Numerous religious savants however contend that in Dr.Owuor,we are seeing a cutting edge fake prophet who is out there to deceive his guileless herd through fake supernatural occurrences and supplications.
To legitimize their argument,they cited a valid example where an amateur minister who was a nearby associate of Dr David Owuor's was adimitted at the Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) in criticla condition after he tried to kill himself by smoldering himself in Pastor Owuor's home in Gigiri.
The occurrance happened in December a year ago and numerous Kenyans,including the late businessman,Jacob Juma,were brisk to point denouncing fingers at Pastor Owuor and even pointed out that the episode may be associated with "Prophet" owuor's underhanded statements of faith.
