Koffi irritated numerous Kenyans, inciting the administration to issue a request for his expulsion and a permanent repudiation of his visa Friday night.

On Saturday the Daily Nation reported that the performer's legal counselor, Prof George Wajackoyah, said they had been "dealt with like creatures" guaranteeing the Kenya government had extradited the artist and his artists to Congo "even without their travel papers."

He said the man was killed by the online networking and the government officials, who passed judgment on him cruelly.

He called attention to that there was no complainant, other than being extradited before they could go to court on Monday.

The performer was captured at around 10 pm on Friday along Denis Pritt Road in Nairobi, as he cleared out Citizen TV studios from a meeting.

He was captured close by his team of three ladies artists, police said.

Making DISTURBANCE

On Saturday, police said the artist had been captured for making aggravation at the airplane terminal.

The Congolese star spent the night at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport police headquarters.

He was expelled from the JKIA Police Station on Saturday morning and taken to the airside where his fingerprints were taken before getting onto a plane.
