1. Pan Africa Insurance Holdings.

This company was established in the year 1947. Pan Africa was the first insurance company to be listed in the NSE. This insurance company was formed in the year 1937. Main purpose was to provide mortgage finance to its customer.The company is based in Mombasa and its headquarters are in Nairobi the capital City Of Kenya.The Jubilee Insurance company has spread its wings across East Africa and now covers most part of East Africa.
It opened recent Branches in Dar-es-Salaam,Kampala, Bombay, Karachi, Mauritius and Zanzibar.

4. Heritage Insurance Company.

Heritage Insurance is a Norwich Union Fire Insurance.It originated back between 1908 and 1924 when the Norwich Union Fire Insurance Society and The Legal & General Insurance Company, respectively commenced their Kenyan operations in the year 1924.

These two Companies came together and collaborated their interests in the year 1976 to form The Heritage Insurance Company Limited.

In mid-1990’s, Heritage joined forces with African International Insurance Company and
obtained its new name, Heritage African International insurance company.

5. British American Insurance Company.

This company provided extensive services from 1920.It expanded to different countries and by the year 1961,it had already expanded to more than 200 countries in the Caribbean Latin America.
