President Uhuru Kenyatta has been put on notification for abusing State House, which is an open office, for his own political milage.
This takes after Uhuru's infamous propensity for facilitating Jubilee gatherings in State House not realizing that doing as such is an unlawfulness since State House is not a Jubilee home office but rather an open office.
In an announcement to the press, previous Prime Minister Raila Odinga's CORD raised worries over Uhuru's inclination of facilitating individual occasions, blaming him for transforming State House into a close 'hotel'.
