Chief judge Daniel Ogembo has released charges against Machakos Senator Johnson Muthama on allegations of Hate speech.
The court on Thursday decided that the body of evidence against him was a misuse of court procedure.
Senator Muthama was captured and kept with seven different officials before being accused of the offense of prompting to brutality.
The court said it wasn't right to have him face trial for an offense submitted a year ago while the rest are
being accused of the ones during the current year.
