NAIROBI TO BE A NO-GO ZONE ON MADARAKA DAY!! AS RAILA SAYS THIS

The Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (Cord) has been given the green light by the county government of Nairobi to hold its Madaraka Day rally at Uhuru Park. Speaking on Monday, May 30, 2016, Nairobi County Secretary Robert Ayisi said Lucy wa Ngunjiri of Prayers Without Boundaries Ministries has put off her gospel crusade that was scheduled to take place at Uhuru Park on the same day. This effectively leaves the park to the Cord battalion which had maintained that their planned rally would not be called off. “For avoidance of doubt and confusion, we would like to categorically state that it is the approval to Cord which is valid and effective,” said Ayisi as quoted by the Daily Nation.
